Jill, a public relations professional with over 15 years of experience, has designed and implemented programs to raise awareness and visibility for organizations ranging from retail companies to socially conscious enterprises. Her experience also includes the development of product launch strategies, marketing communications, corporate branding and issues management.
Prior to joining Bridge Global Strategies in early 2005, Jill worked independently with GOYA Foods; HITN-TV, the top Spanish-language cable network in the U.S.; and several other clients. Previously she served with GBR Communications, where her clients included socially responsible companies and nonprofit organizations such as the Forward Foundation, which provides philanthropic counseling to high-worth individuals; Jonathan Rose Companies LLC, a network of real estate development firms that design and execute socially conscious real estate projects; and Greyston Bakery, a non-profit bakery, in a building designed by architect Maya Lin, that does job training and community development in Yonkers, New York.
Prior to GBR, Jill was a vice president at Publicis Dialog's New York headquarters, where she was responsible for a wide range of clients in the professional services, food, nonprofit, entertainment and travel industries, among others. Her client roster at Publicis included the National Academy of Arbitrators, Wamsutta and Springmaid, Whole Foods, The Daytime Emmys, Blimpie, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Nikko Hotels International.
Jill earned a B.A. from McGill University with a major in East Asian Studies. After graduation, she worked and studied in Tokyo for four years. Upon her return to the U.S., Jill earned a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management while acting as the New York Director of Operation Outreach-USA, a national literacy program, and launching its fundraising and PR programs in New York. After completing graduate studies, Jill joined the Keizai Koho Center (Japan Business Information Center) in New York, where she was responsible for national public relations to promote a better understanding of the Japanese economy. |
