Bridge people Lucy Siegel, President & CEO Bridge Global Strategies LLC Contact Lucy Lucy's experience spans almost every area of public relations. She has worked with CEOs and corporate communications executives on communications positioning, issues and crises, corporate media relations, executive speeches, internal communications, merger communications and a wide range of other matters related to corporate reputation. Lucy started in journalism after college and moved into public relations at The Equitable (now part of Axa), where she directed communications for the group health and pension asset management businesses for eight years. In the late 1980s, she worked in Tokyo for Cosmo Public Relations, which appointed her its first non-Japanese board member. After returning to New York, she launched and headed a subsidiary for Cosmo before opening her own firm, a U.S.-Japan/international PR business she ran for seven years until it was acquired. It is now part of Publicis Dialog in New York. Lucy founded Bridge Global Strategies after seven years at Publicis Dialog, where she co-directed public relations in the agency's New York headquarters, managing the PR staff and overseeing the office's PR clients. Bridge is a public relations firm dedicated to helping its clients make vital links to customers, consumers, their own employees and communities, the media and other key constituencies – the connections that are the lifelines of any organization's success. International bridges are a particular specialty of the agency.
